Rust: install Oxide / uMod plugins

Rust plugins run on the Oxide/uMod framework.

Make sure your server is running the Oxide build (many eggs enable this from the Startup page; otherwise install uMod into the server root).
Upload plugin .cs files into /oxide/plugins/.
Plugins hot-load within a few seconds — no restart needed. Watch the Console to confirm they loaded.
Edit each plugin’s settings in /oxide/config/ and permissions with the oxide.grant console commands.
