Minecraft: switch to Paper and add plugins

Paper is a high-performance Minecraft server that supports Bukkit/Spigot plugins.

On the Startup page, set the server type/jar to Paper and pick your Minecraft version, then Restart (the correct jar downloads automatically).
Upload plugin .jar files into the /plugins/ folder.
Restart so the plugins load; each creates a config under /plugins/<PluginName>/.

Only use plugins built for your Minecraft version, and add them one at a time to catch any that cause errors on boot.
