Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by YN-NETWORK ("we", "us", "our") through yn-network.online. By ordering or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services. We provide game server hosting and related services as described on our website at the time of order.

2. Account. You must give accurate information when registering and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for all activity on your account.

3. Payment and renewal. Services are billed in advance for the selected billing cycle and renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Unpaid services may be suspended and later terminated.

4. Acceptable use. You may not use our services for illegal activity, attacks on other networks (including DDoS), spam, malware, cheating tools sold to others, or content that infringes others' rights. We may suspend services that violate this policy, with or without notice.

5. Refunds. Refund requests are handled case by case. Contact us within 48 hours of purchase if your server does not work as described. The $1 first-month payment is a card verification charge and is not refundable.

6. Availability. We work to keep servers online but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be announced on our Discord where possible.

7. Backups. You are responsible for keeping your own backups of server files and data.

8. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected service in the previous month.

9. Termination. You may cancel at any time from your client area. We may terminate services for breach of these Terms.

10. Changes. We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

11. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
