# Palworld: become an admin and use admin commands

Set an **AdminPassword** in `PalWorldSettings.ini` (see the settings guide) and restart.

In game, open the chat/console and authenticate, then run commands:

- `/AdminPassword <yourpassword>` — log in as admin
- `/Broadcast <message>`, `/KickPlayer <SteamID>`, `/BanPlayer <SteamID>`
- `/Shutdown <seconds> <message>`, `/Save`, `/ShowPlayers`

You can also run these from the panel’s **Console** (RCON) without joining the game.
